We use the same family recipe for this mini ham as we do for our larger Ozark Trails Smoked & Peppered Ham. After we roll it in brown sugar and fresh cracked black peppercorns, we hang it in the smokehouse for 20 hours over real hickory. The petite size is ideal for smaller holiday brunches. (And if it’s just the two of you, you will have the perfect amount of ham left over for a couple of mouthwatering sandwiches, served with our Hogwash condiment.)

Best Peppered Ham hands down!

The mini is relly small and if this is the only meat that you will be serving, you should get a real sized ham that has the same great taste. We had no leftovers

Perfect size but a little tooooooo peppery
We loved the flavor, but only after we cut off the peppered sides. The ham was small and was the perfect size for our group of 4. However, the pepper was on over-drive and took away the ham flavor. I like spice, but this was a bit too much even for me. However, we had no problem with the peppered bacon we ordered. We will order that again.

Perfect for sandwiches!
I ordered this ham for a picnic lunch, thinking it the ham was much smaller. This mini ham makes a ton of sandwiches...a good thing and a really good value. It is so delicious. We made our sandwiches on thinly sliced seeded wheat bread and lathered on a mixture of Hogwash with equal parts of mayonnaise and dijon mustard, topped with sliced heirloom tomatoes and lettuce. No salt and pepper needed. Yum!!
