The Ozark Trails Smoked & Peppered Bacon has been rolled in brown sugar and hand rubbed with cracked black peppercorns. Sliced thick- but not too thick. The Ozark Trails Hickory Smoked Bacon is the same bacon as above, without the peppery coating. Award winning bacon at the Fancy Food Show in New York, and has been called the best bacon in the country on numerous accounts.
